SOFTASIC specializes in digital software products, including software licenses and activation keys.
As our products are delivered electronically, physical shipping is generally not required.
Digital Delivery
Following successful payment, your software license or activation information may be delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout or made available through your order confirmation/account.
Delivery Time
Most digital orders are processed and delivered shortly after payment has been successfully completed.
For certain orders, additional verification may be required before delivery. This can occasionally result in a longer processing time.
If you have completed your purchase but have not received your license, please check your:

Incorrect Email Address
Customers are responsible for entering accurate contact information during checkout.
If an incorrect email address was provided, contact SOFTASIC as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery.
Physical Shipping
SOFTASIC does not normally ship physical products.
Our software licenses and activation keys are delivered digitally, so standard physical shipping charges and delivery times do not generally apply.
